Saaber Sheath

Our latest product for 2025 is the result of years of development, testing, and refinement. The sword scabbard you see in the photos is specifically designed for HEMA practitioners.

It features a simple yet timeless design, inspired by traditional forms and the atmosphere of historical fencing schools.

Due to the complex wooden structure of this sheath, we can only produce it if the sword is sent to our workshop. Each scabbard  is custom-made to fit the specific sword.

We use 2 mm thick cowhide as the base material and hand-stitch each piece with premium Lin Cable thread — the same high-quality thread used by leading luxury brands worldwide.

Every sheath is hand-painted to achieve a unique patina, then treated with a water-repellent finish to help protect the sword from the elements.
